Biodiversity and Taxonomy of Sea Worms and their ecological role in the benthic communities; VI. Biology of the benthonic marine fauna for monitoring programs and conservation purposes; VII. Application of multi-metrics biotic indexes to assess the status of marine and transitional waters; VIII. Studies about filter-feeders to develop and apply sustainable approaches and technologies in acquaculture; IX. Bio-remediation of organic pollution in water column and sediment near aquaculture facilities.
